  You will not find a better more well informed staff. Their pricing is always at education and when they run a sale, no one can compare. I got a Go Pro 50% off on their last sale and for back to school a Mac at education pricing plus a free set of beats plus a $75 gift card plus a backup hard drive for free. I even got to trade in my old Mac for instant credit towards my new one. Then I got their protection plan that comes with the free loaner program. Not sure about these other experiences but mine was top notch and has been every time I’ve gone back. Thank you Rutgers for providing such a great service to the community and at great pricing too!

  Bought a cable and found it to be one I didn’t need. Wouldn’t let me return it since the Sealed plastic bag it came in was opened, even though you have to open it to test it. Wish they told me this when I was making my purchase and not when I had problems with it.
